Global Inside Sales Manager (40%-60%)

Overview:

Global RADAR’s anti-money laundering solutions provide customers with tools to better manage their compliance requirements and monitor suspicious activity.

Position Description:

  • As an Inside Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating new revenue for Global RADAR: creating, cultivating and developing accounts, as well as increasing market share
  • You will be responsible for acquiring and ultimately possessing expert knowledge of all Global RADAR’s products
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through inbound leads – strategically selling the company’s various propositions to new prospects in a consultative manner
  • Management of the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposition, presentation, negotiating and closing
  • Build cross-functional relationships with the prospect in order to further penetrate the account by focusing on director/C-level engagement
  • Manage sales activity in the CRM system
  • Directly impact the success of the company by strategically helping clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales/business development
  • Primary Spoken Language: English
  • Above-average communication and presentation skills. Ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections and also resolve customer objections
  • Analytical/Critical thinking; Intrapreneur
  • Experience in presenting to, and interacting with, senior management of prospect organizations
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed targets and expectations
  • Fundamental understanding of anti-money laundering compliance and operational processes within financial institutions
